Narcissism: It’s when someone’s so in love with themselves, they can’t see past their own nose. They need everyone to tell them how great they are, all the time.

Sycophancy: This is the flip side – it’s when people become “yes-men,” always sucking up to others, especially those in power.

Now, here’s the kicker – both of these can be super deceptive. The people caught up in them often don’t even realise what’s happening!
